Kim was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better planner! She went above and beyond to make our day special and one that we will never forget. Leading up to the wedding was a rollercoaster since we had the unexpected guest of rain showers on our wedding day. This caused many last minute changes, all of which Kim handled seamlessly. Meet Kimberly

I'm a wedding and event coordinator, residing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

My background is in hospitality and wine. I've spent more than a decade in hotels and wineries, including years of wine club management, tasting room leadership, and dozens of events. That work taught me how to look after guests and what makes an event feel effortless: clear communication, good timing, and someone who owns the details.

Say Less comes from how I like to work. You tell me what you want, and I handle the rest. You bring the vision, and I take care of the timelines, vendors, logistics, and the small things nobody notices when they go right.

I studied Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality & Tourism Management at Southern Oregon University, and I hold a Wine Business Certificate and WSET Level 2 with Distinction.
